Chiamigos Stuffed Dates

  • 2 tbsp (35g) Chiamigos Chocolate Banana Nut *
  • 2 tbsp (35g) plant-based milk
  • ½ tbsp plant-based yogurt (optional)
  • 6 large dates **
  • 1 tbsp raspberry jam (optional)
  • Sprinkle of cocoa nibs or preferred topping
* Substitute with any Chiamigos flavour!
** This recipe is sized using Medjool dates.


  1. In a small bowl mix Chiamigos, plant-based milk and plant-based yogurt. Set aside.  
  2. Pit each date by slicing lengthwise across. Wide enough to remove the pit while still keeping a pouch shape.  
  3. Using a teaspoon or small spoon, scoop chia pudding into each date pouch.  Scoop a small amount of jam over the pudding. If not using jam, fill dates to the top with chia pudding. 
  4. Finally, sprinkle your favourite toppings over the dates. They are ready to eat!


  • Possible toppings: dark chocolate, shredded coconut, flaky sea salt, crushed nuts, or fruit.
  • Store in the fridge overnight or pop them in the freezer. In an hour you’ll have a yummy frozen snack!
